Housing Works Community Healthcare fosters good health and positive social change through empowerment, innovation and collaboration. We provide high-quality integrated medical care and a client-centered approach to substance use support which is grounded in harm reduction. These essential services are all designed to help individuals and to improve community well-being.

We are committed to providing quality care, regardless of your ability to pay. Because we are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our organization can provide more affordable care. Talk to our staff about our sliding scale fee structure, which allows you to access healthcare services for a reduced or free price.
