Laura Otter MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Laura has 15 years of inpatient psychiatric experience as a Registered Nurse and has treated patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Laura has a strong clinical foundation in the assessment and management of acute and chronic psychiatric conditions, with extensive experience in dual-diagnosis and medical-assisted treatments for substance use. Laura is committed to delivering evidence-based practice, individualized and non-biased care, and fostering long-term therapeutic relationships that support sustained mental health stability and recovery.
