About This Provider
Elika-Anne Nerette, LCSW, is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience across grassroots organizations, community health centers, religious institutions, non-profits, and college counseling centers. She has dedicated her career to supporting communities impacted by gun violence, incarceration, HIV/AIDS, homelessness, and poverty. Elika’s clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with specialized training in supporting survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
Elika currently serves as a strategic leader at Housing Works, where she oversees behavioral health services and develops community-based initiatives to reduce stigma and expand access to care. She also holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
