We offer an Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) program for members (18+) of our community who are living with HIV/AIDS or who are at heightened risk for HIV infection and eligible for Medicaid.

Pediatrics

We are excited to announce that our Downtown Brooklyn Health Center (DBHC) located at 120 Lawrence Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 will begin pediatric care on Monday, May 6.

We will now be able to see patients from newborn to 17 years of age for a wide range of services including vaccinations, immunizations, adolescent health, school or camp forms, annual physicals, and much more! Once patients reach the age of 18, they can transition to our adult primary care services. Our after-hours hotline will also be able to answer pediatric-related questions.
