About This Provider
Violetta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a graduate of Columbia School of Social Work (Class of 2021). She started out working with individuals affected by the child welfare system, helping them navigate complex and often overwhelming systems. That experience deeply shaped Violetta's commitment to a humanistic, socially conscious approach—one that not only honors individual experiences, but also recognizes the broader social barriers that impact mental health and healing.
Violetta utilizes a multidimensional approach with clients who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Her work is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion, always tailored to meet each client where they are. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and attachment theory to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns—while developing healthier, more sustainable coping strategies.
Many of Violetta's clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from the life they want to live. In their work together, Violetta and her clients focus on making sense of those feelings, building emotional resilience, and creating lasting, meaningful change that aligns with clients' values and goals.
Therapy can be a space of transformation—and nobody has to go through it alone. Violetta is here to walk alongside her clients with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their lived experience.
