Nicholas Porretta

Nicholas Porretta is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care. He currently provides comprehensive, affirming, and patient-centered care to people of all backgrounds in New York City. His clinical interests include health promotion, HIV prevention and treatment, and LGBTQ+ inclusive care.

Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University. He also holds a certificate in Advanced Biosciences from UC Berkeley Extension. During his training, Nicholas worked with communities abroad in India and Tanzania, which broadened his understanding of health disparities and deepened his commitment to supporting underserved populations.
